I would be careful about getting a word in a different language unless your absolutely 100% sure. I do like the idea of heaven in greek with the paw print. Also i don't recommend getting it on your wrist just because it's hard to hide and i think if you're going to get a tattoo, you should be able to cover it but that's just me. Also since you're getting some sort of text, the tattoo might have to be bigger than what you originally planned (that happened to me). So maybe consider getting it on your shoulder or something, that way if they need to make it bigger they can. Good luck :)

I'd like to save money on buying lights because there are halogen Work Force (brand) worklights in my garage that I am thinking about using. Would this be suitable? Is it possible to power a solar powered device via halogen lamp light rather than sunlight?

I have this solar powered external battery charger for my iPhone. I had my halogen lamp on and I went to get the charger and while doing so I couldnt help but notice that when under the lamp the device seems to reading the light as if it were under sun light. There are two lights, one light indicating that it is inputing energy and one that says it's outputing engery. When it is under the halogen lamp the input light is on, and no it doesn't do this under other lights and it isn't plugged in and is completely dead. I would have to leave under the light for a couple of days to get a charge, usually 5 days to fully charge via solar. However I was wondering would it be possible to charge the charger via halogen lamp light rather than sunlight? Why does the charger read that it is inputing energy when it is under the light of the halogen light?

Problem with my headlights?

I have a 1995 chevy c1500 with a after market goodwrench daytime running light module. The lights have not been working during the day and dont good at night(barely), I changed the halogen bulbs and no change (alternator is new also). I need help with my unknown lab for chemistry!!!?

i have narrowed the choices down to potassium phosphate, potassium dichromate, potassium chromate, and sodium iodide. The solution i received was clear. I did a cation ppt test and it didnt ppt with anything so i then did a flame test and the flame was bright orange (although i used a medal stick to put the chemical in) but when i held up the cobolt glass it was a bluish purplish flame. This has lead me to believe that it is either sodium or potassium. then i did an anion ppt test and it ppt with Cu, Pb, Hg, and Ag. I had then done a halogen test and the color was brownish with a dark pink ring at the top. My teacher told me it was not bromide and it clearly isnt Cl. I have no more of the solution to test so i have to go strictly off of these test results. Potassium Dichromate is supposedly an orange powder and since my aqeous solution was clear i doubt that is it but i hate to rule out something that could be right. IF you have any information on what it might be please help! My grade depends on me figuring out this solution.

Baking cake in halogen oven....?

Just used WD40 inside a stage light -- high temperature, WD40 = flammable. Now what?

Yeah... I feel like a complete moron. I sprayed WD40 inside a stage light because it was so rusty -- I wanted to lubricate it. Put the halogen lamp in -- 500W, 120V. Turned it on, worked great. A few seconds later I see smoke. After ten minutes or so, I realize it's coming from the WD40, which also happened to make the heat-resistant paint I sprayed on literally melt off of the light. I looked it up online, and I found out that WD40 should NOT be used around heat, sparks or anything that can ignite as it's flammable. Now I've essentially screwed myself over. How do I solve this dilemma? Do I try to remove the WD40, and if so, how? Or, do I alternatively just paint over the WD40? Any ideas? The temperatures inside the stage light probably exceed 120 degrees, by the way -- just saying =D

There are no halogens and it is not aromatic. It is a nonpolar nuetral compound. On the DNP test I got a wierd yellow-orange precipitate. Getting a Xenon lighting kit for my car?

Didn't they come with instructions, if not I think I'd call and ask where there at. The controllers are ballasts and have to get power from old wiring for headlights, my guess unless they came with some sort of relay that you hook to headlight wire and a power source.

When installing a xenon gas bulb for my standard halogen headlight, it is important to not touch it causing it to reduce its lifespan. But during the installation, I didn't touch the bulb with my hand but might accidently touch the bulb with the headlamp casing during the installation process. Could I damage my bulb lifespan since there touching any part of our car might contain a little bit of oil, and oil damage the bulb if not clean?

If you have halogen then stay that way. Hid is a very expensive route for upgrading your headlights. Hids are sold in color temperatures hence the 3000k -8000k. They do not use more electricity based on this rating. Hids do require a ballast to be able to instantly turn on when started. The setup is very dangerous if you are inexperienced as a shock from an hid unit may be fatal.

Umm, well I plan on going to college in NY hopefully, and i will probably be their for 4-7 years, depending on my major. I want to be a trial lawyer or an entertainment lawyer, and if so, have my own firm, but I would absolutely LOVE to be a singer/actress. After school, I want to move to Florida or back to Atlanta, where I am now. Then I would like to have 2-3 kids. I have a lot of names floating in my mind but I haven't totally settled yet. Just used WD40 inside a stage light -- high temperature, WD40 = flammable. Now what?

Yeah... I feel like a complete moron. I sprayed WD40 inside a stage light because it was so rusty -- I wanted to lubricate it. Put the halogen lamp in -- 500W, 120V. Turned it on, worked great. A few seconds later I see smoke. After ten minutes or so, I realize it's coming from the WD40, which also happened to make the heat-resistant paint I sprayed on literally melt off of the light. I looked it up online, and I found out that WD40 should NOT be used around heat, sparks or anything that can ignite as it's flammable. Now I've essentially screwed myself over. How do I solve this dilemma? Do I try to remove the WD40, and if so, how? Or, do I alternatively just paint over the WD40? Any ideas? The temperatures inside the stage light probably exceed 120 degrees, by the way -- just saying =D

Changing halogen light bulb contacts/transformer?

I have halogen lights in my basement. When i mean contact i am talking about this little hanging jack where by you plug in the light bulb into.
