Went to quick lube and tech told me my headlight fluid is low?

went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and tech came back to me told me my headlight fluid is low. they said its like $30 surcharge. they said use the halogen fluid because the led fluid was the wrong stuff. just asking which is the right fluid i dont wanna get ripped off. thanks. im only 17 girl need help, thanks
