Help on relating the Periodic Table to Star Wars?

I have to make a children's book on chemistry. In the book i have to relate The periodic table to Star Wars to try and make it easy to understand for children. In the periodic table there are different types of elements. To be specific there is, Alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, halogens, transition metals, metalloids, nonmetals, halogens, and noble gases. I need help trying to relate that to Star Wars. I was thinking relating them to characters from the movie, but i have never seen star wars so this is difficult for me. HELP PLEASE!
