What's this movie called?

The starting of the movie shows someone which i think is seth rogen in a bar with his friend and then he hits on a girl and his friend hits on her sister. Seth got drunk together with the girl and they end up having sex. Oh yeah, I think in the movie, seth and his friends were actually waste-tards or something.. they were planning to make a website about something related to girls.. and then the girl was inpregnant by seth. idk if it's seth in the movie but in my memory he looks like seth..
