Guys or Girls: So this guy has been ignoring me for a while but he still checks me out?

So there's this guy..I think he's adorable and cute. He said he wants to be friends and I feel the same way :) Anyways, my friend's asked him do u like Stephanie? He goes like nahh I see her as a friend, not a gf. My friend also told him I like someone else (which I did at the time) and he was shocked, he's like Seth Green, the senior? they go like yea and his face went blank, he was so shocked. Anyways,ever since that day he's been ignoring me and stuff, it's like I don't exist. Last Night at a party, I saw him but we said nothing to each other, no hi or bye nothing. I've seen him check me out and stuff, but he said nothing. We basically ignored each other like we've have been..and he took me off his facebook. I don't get it...
