I am a 23 year old latin male, I am uncircumcised; however since puberty Ive had this issue. I have enough foreskin to cover my entire penis head but as soon as I let go it rolls back again covering only a small amount of my penis head. This sucks because A: my dick head is really sensitive and being exposed all the time is not cool, B: Im proud to be uncut, but it looks like I was partially cut or something. I know for a fact I was never cut, and this problem occurs in a flaccid state, not when Im hard, I know its supposed to go all the way back when im hard. It seems like maybe the skin is too loose or too dry to stay covering my penis head. Help me out guys! Thanks...
